Retail Position in Outdoor Recreation Shop - $1.5k to $3k

I am the owner of Nalno Outdoor Equipment. I am offering a job at my shop, Nalno.com Outdoor Equipment. I have a small retail setup in Beach Road and I am looking for someone to manage the retail sales. You may visit my website at www.nalno.com to find out more about what we are selling.
Nalno sells camping and fishing equipment retail and online. Our categories of products includes camping tents, binoculars, camping furniture, outdoor knives, multitools, outdoor stoves and kitchenware, paracord, water bottles, backpacks lighting, lighters, solar chargers, watches, outdoor clothing, fishing equipment including rods, reels, lines and hooks.
So if you are either a person who is interested in such activities (fishing, camping, hiking, etc), you would be more ideal to work at the shop. I dont think one person could know everything, but you should have working knowledge in one or more of these areas.
A suitable candidate is also one who has initiative, is hardworking, friendly and ready to learn.
Hours:
I want someone to work a 5-day week, each shift from 11am to 7pm including 1 weekend each week. We are open during public holidays.
Job Scope (in order of importance):
Managing retail sales at Nalno shop. This includes being friendly customers, telling them more about the products, giving your opinion if asked, completeing the sales procedure, restocking inventory, etc.
Data Entry - Inputing information revelant to the business to improve sales. Working knowledge on how to operate a computer is a requirement and if you have a decent typing speed, that will be advantageous
Any other relevant tasks as required
Pay Terms:
I am quite flexible about the pay, and if you are productive and add value to the business, you can expect to be paid more. Conversely, if you are just here to do your minimum, expect to earn the minimum. There will also be commission incentives to get the best results for the business and for yourself. Before comission, you can expect your take home pay to be around $1200. After comission, it should be between $1500 to $3000, depending on your contribution to my business. I am a one-man business at the moment, so I am flexible about terms of payment. Basically if you add value to my business, I will add value to your pocket. If you are here to waste my time, I am not interested in you.

*If you want to work for less than 5 days a week, I can also consider you, but it will be on a part-time basis.

*If you are not a Singaporean or PR, I have no idea whether I can hire you or not. If you are in such a situation, you will have to come with all the relevant information from MOM showing me how I can hire you. If it all seems legit, I could hire you, if not, then its a no.
*Estimated earning $3k will DEFINATELY require you work more than the minimum stipulated hours
